The main point to this is that a private seller is not allowed to list their property on Australia’s largest real estate websites like Realestate.com.au. You have to be a licensed real estate agent to do so. This is why we are here to assist you with that.

As a result of the internet, most buyers now use this method of searching for a property to buy and no longer directly visit a real estate agent's office to seek out listings to inspect.
